The Arab company was established in 1936 by Abd El - Rahman M. El Mekartam & its commercial name was El Mekartam Workshop at Abdeen.
It was working in the field of manufacturing nickel & brass hardware of duty belts & other metal products for police and army. After his death in 1963, his son Mr. Ali Abd El-Rahman developed the workshop till he established The Arab Company for Trade & General Suppliers at Gesr El-Suez Where he added the manufacturing of leather.
Moreover, he worked in the field of import & export. Now, we apply advanced technology in manufacturing our products which follow the Egyptian standard code.
